INDOOR CAT BOOTTM and the INDOOR CAT BOOT Logo are trademarks of Indoor Cat Boot. You agree not to display or use these trademarks in any manner without Indoor Cat Boot’s prior, written permission.
Indoor Cat Boot may assign this agreement at any time. You may not assign or transfer this agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will be unaffected and remain in full force and effect.
The failure of Indoor Cat Boot to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision in that or any instance.
These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Indoor Cat Boot regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
